anyone have a update when someone is going to make a locker for our rear ends?

 

i know ARB and eaton were working on them not sure if anything has come out yet, looked on ARB's website they have a listing for a 11.5 AAM with a footnote stating available in 2007 not sure what that means....

if you cant wait anymore get the welder out...

 

I talked to Barney from Eaton about a month ago and he said the Detroit is about 1 year off.

 

weird.........guys l have a locker came stock in my truck and a limited slip in the rear BUT rear still locks if l'm on a weird angel and one tires gets in the air

 

nonsense, limited slips are not lockers.

 

I can't believe it takes over 5 years for decent aftermarket traction device to be available for a AAM 11.5. They fit Chubbys too.

Eaton really missed the boat. A Detroit would sell like crazy!

Arb will just explode anyway, so I could care less.

 

Yeah that is why a lot of Rock Crawlers comp rigs with D-60 run them. I have had them in my R C for over ten years with out a problem except once and that was caused by installer error.
