short bed to long bed?
ive got a few ?'s for you guys about mainly long bed swaps
*ive saw a few mega cab long bed swaps whats you opinion on them? i'm not concerned about the sheer length of the truck mainly craftsmen ship and longevity of the work
*im sure its also possible to do the same swap/fabrication to an older truck but is it worth it? ive been looking for a while for a used long bed truck but they are fairly tough to find here so didnt know if it would be worth it to just stretch the frame and swap on a long bed

Unless you're going with a megacab long bed conversion, I seriously doubt it would be worth extending a shorty quad or reg cab when they are already available from the factory with a long box. With this market, keep looking, you'll find a long box somewhere. But if you're that handy and want to put the time in...go for it....
