Shift pattern

My 48re seems to go into OD a little too soon. Sometimes when it starts to shift into OD it is like it shifts half way for a split second or a half shift and then shifts. Has anyone noticed this and is this normal ? I read something about a clutch in the TC but this just seems like it is a little out of adjustment.

Re:Shift pattern

Ok so I have tried to anwser my own question. I called my dealer today and told them about my shift pattern and I got to talk to their diesel tech. He told me that it was normal because of TC lock up. I hope this is right. It is not a problem if this is right it is just diffrent. Anyway I think this truck is the best.
