Question Seafoam fuel additive(UPDATE)

Has anyone ever tried Seafoam fuel additive that cleans the injectors in there 5.9 cummins. There was a topic on the TDR web-site on seafoam and some folks really liked it.They claimed it took away the ticking noise that some folks have with there engines.I currently use stanadyne PF formula or primrose 409(winter)405 (summer)with a shot of marvel mystery oil in every tank of fuel. Thanks for any info.coobie I added two 16oz cans of the seafoam fuel additive to a full tank of fuel this morning.I drove 200 miles after this and have to admit my slight ticking noise I had is gone now.I guess I am sold on the seafoam as far as a injector cleaner, but I will still use the stanadyne pf and primrose 405 & 409 with every tank. coobie

I just used Howes Meaner cleaner and it cleared up the smoke and rough running I was expreiencing in the mornings. Plus I gained about 1 mpg.
Pour half a liter into a full tank and run the hell out of it.
