Satellite radio missing channels?

06' ram 2500HD lone star

I noticed today that I am missing channels on the satellite radio. I called Sirus and they resent the signals and had me do some odd stuff but that did not fix it. They said to take it to the dealer... last place I want to ever go back to. Channels 1-38 are gone, after 101 it just goes to channel 1. Makes no sence....

Anyways, anyone else have a problem with their stock radio unit? Any ideas how to reset it without disconnecting the batteries? I looked for the fuse but did not find the radio fuse... only found audio amp 25a fuse.

I looked the fuses up in the manual and found that fuses 11 and 36 appear to be the ones to pull. That being said there are a few more but I think 11 powers the radio and the satellite module and 36 powers the amplifier. Give it a try, I don't see how it could hurt.

Its a 2006, They seem to have a lot of strange Electrical problems, most of them are fixed by unhooking both Batteries for at least 1/2 hour... Its worth a try...

That does seem to be the fix-all.

The standard technology troubleshooting method. Cut the power and have it reset. If that doesn't fix it, you'll need to throw money at it.
