I'm pretty sure 4qts in the rear and 3 in the front, I'm running RP in mine... I ran 75W130 in the rear and 75W90 in the front. Can't remember the transfer case amount

I just changed my diffential fluids this past weekend and the numbers quoted by CountryBoy are accurate. I'm not towing much and with winter coming on I opted for the 75W90 in both diffs.

One thing to remember, the used fluid really stinks, I don't even know how to describe it. Anyway, if you can do it in a well ventilated area (outside) I would recommend it.

I did it in my garage, and after about a half hour I really didn't notice it, but my wife complained about the smell the whole day.

I use 75/90 RP in front and rear. The T-case takes 4 pints (Syncromax, RP, IIRC).

If/When you spill some of that on your clothes, don't expect your laundry room to smell good for a week or two. Consider using clothes you don't mind ever seeing again.

I use RP 85w140 in the rear but I live in the Sonora pizza oven. I also used it in Co. with no drawbacks whatsoever from cold, stiffness or mpg. I also got the best UOAs from the 85-140. I'd use a minimum of 75w140 in the rear diff for the better lubrication. RP SynchroMax is the best I've used in the 6 spd.
