I had a similar issue with my 04.5. It would run real rough for about 5-6 seconds then clear up and run fine. I had a bad fuel injection pump. It was bleading pressure when the engine was shut off causing air to get into the fuel lines. Ended up getting the injection pump replaced under warranty and the problem is solved.

i would also have them check it out. maybe they will find something wrong and get it replaced for you!

well last night .. i went and took out my quadzilla box and took out all the wiring and just left the j/a hooked up .. well first off it runs much nicer just with the juice with attitude on there ..
anyway i came out this morning to start it to take it do the dealer and she ran as smooooth as silk .. like a brand new truck and it was a fairly chilly morning also .. so i postponed the dealership visit for awhile .. and I'll monitor it .. it must be my truck not liking the quadzilla stack ...
