Rough Idle On Start Up

My truck on start up runs rough, no check eng light though, clears up but very noticeable when it does it. Thought it may be just cold but it's been 40-60 range here and it still does it. But intermittently, no pattern.
3700 miles with mods listed if that helps ????

Mine did this today for the first time. There was a very evident miss and the whole truck was shaking. It cleared up after a couple minutes but I was not too happy to have it happen. It was about 25 degrees here. I have about 9800 miles on it...

Man, that sounds strange Dodgezilla. Even 25 degrees isn't cold enough for that to happen. 40- 60 shouldn't even be considered a factor.??

Yup! It was much colder last week and I had no issues. I think one of the injectors was stuck open or closed and it was blowing white smoke for a few seconds. It also never did that before. If it continues, it will go to the dealer....

Mines been doing that latley. Truck drives and runs fine, but at start up it seems surge alittle at idle. Truck smokes for about 30 sec then clears up. Truck has 11k on it. I just changes fuel filter, and run PS at every fill-up. I run the truck hard, and tow heavy occasionally.

It could be a loose fitting in your injector lines, because the white smoke indicates air. It could even be a loose line to your pump. As the vehicle heats up, things expand, and it seals itself.
