Reset Check Engine Light

Help I got some check engine codes from my 2005 3500 slt and it turns out it just needed some fuel conditioner and a new set of filters and now its running right but how do I reset the check engine light without taking it to the *******???

I heard that AutoZone is no longer allowed to do it.

Either buy a reader or I *think*, 5 condition-less warm up cycles will clear it.

5 run cycles will clear it as long as it doesn't register the fault again.

i would strongly suggest getting your own OBDII reader. Very handy and if you have one, its a great way to guarantee that you won't get any more check CEL's.
