Removing wastegate solonoid from new turbo

Does it just spin off? Do I need any special tools? I'm planning on putting my HTB2 back on tomorrow and plan on leaving the solonoid plugged in and strapped to the fender. I just don't want any issues when I go to remove this thing.....

I care!

How does it come off? I plan on buying a turbo in the future and want to make sure I know what I'm getting myself into.

Just unscrew it counterclockwise. It was a bit more than hand tight so I put some Channel Locks on it and it came loose very easily. I put it in a ziplock bag and sealed it up and left it connected to the plug going to the MAP sensor and so far so good. I took the truck out and ran the poop out of it for a couple miles with the HTB2 back on it and I hope this will clear up the "Low Boost" issues I was having while running the resistor in place of the solonoid. I'll have to report back in a few days. Before I pulled the HTB2 off I was getting that code and CELs everyday.....
