Rear wheel bearing service?

I am getting the miles piled up (220k) and have not gone into my rear wheel bearings. Everything seems fine but I would rather deal with them on my schedule. What service is required? Are they packable or lubed from the rear center section? If packable, what is required? I have no leakage anywhere now but should rear seals be replaced? Thanks guys!

They are oil bath, no service.

They are "bathed" in your rear differential oil so those changes also do the bearings through the axle tubes. The seals may last the life of the truck. I wouldn't worry about them unless they start to seep.
