Rear end slipping?

sorry for the long post but I am having a problem that feels like the rear end is not hooking up both sides at the same time, it only does it on launch. Slow or fast. It feels like when you get moving, clutch fully engaged, and then give it some power, the truck moves forward, then kinda makes a slipping feel that i thought at first was maybe loose u-bolts on the rear end. everything is tight, clutch is not slipping, and the truck kinda pushes to one side when you accelerate until this slip happens... It can kinda be described as what feels like you have half a load of dirt in the box, and it feels like its all sliding back and hitting the tail gate. thats the best description i can think of as to what it feels like. any ideas?

I am certain its not axle wrap its way too smooth and it will do it with very little acceleration, and it is very quiet not like wheel hop when you can hear the whole chassis jumping around under the truck.

I didn't think of that, its not really like its working hard to accelerate though if i'm off the brakes the truck still rolls forward very easily. I'll go have a look anyways but i don't think thats it. I'm considering adding some limited slip additive even though there are no clutches apparently it helped with some peoples rear end problems. Any thoughts on that?

Isnt that more or the saggy rear end syndrome? i would think the slipping rear end syndrom would concern what kind of lube someone put on the surface of whatever you keep slipping off of.

sidewall wrinkling? tires lightly rotating but not going up in smoke? im leaning towards axle wrap but its just an opinion, i'd definately look into the health club though whats good for the heart and soul is good for the 6cyl heartbeat

The dual mass flywheel is gone already, I have a south bend clutch and single mass flywheel. It's not really like axle wrap, its developing into more of a clunk than a slip, which should rule out almost anyting to do with tires. I am out of ideas.

IF you have traction bars sometimes a link or bolt can wear and cause a small clunk when loading and unloading.
Happened to me a while back...about went nuts trying to find the problem.

I don't have traction bars but do you thnk a loose bolt somewhere in my lift kit or rear springs might do this? I have extended trailing arms and lots of hardware in my lift but i never tought to check them.

It sure wouldn't hurt to check... All you might loose is a little time.

Actually, I think I'd go around and check everything motor mount or suspension related...
