rear drive shaft

anyone have problem with their rear drive shaft and flange/yoke?
i have been going through u joints like every month or 2, seems that the rear yoke flange has a twist in it.when i installed the u joint into the yoke, either cup goes into yoke no problem, but when one is installed first it is the other end that it gets tight, seems to be twisting the u joint. the drive shaft is not as bad, but same thing there too. the ears are twisted slightly. so when the joint is in both the drive shaft and yoke(together) the u joint tends to get tight, which makes it fail, causing a vib.
just wondering if anyone else had this happen, or if any one has had a new aftermarket drive shaft made with better tubing and bigger or better yokes?
any one have a rear yoke they want to sell me ?
