Rancho Leveling kit

I've seen a couple trucks with the Rancho 2" leveling kit. One on a 3500, and one on a 2500.

The kit consists of a new lower arm, extended bump stops, and 2" spacer that fits on top of the coil spring.

I believe the kit is designed for a 2500 truck, but fits the 3500 fine. The guy I met that had it installed on his '06 3500 dually said he also ran the same kit on his '03 3500 dually and it worked fine.

The lower control arm looks sturdy enough, but "sounds" like a thinner metal than the factory arm when tapped with a wrench.

Does anyone have experience with this kit - or possibly shed some light? I'd like to install it on my '06 3500 dually.
