Ram is Stored (sort of)

I'm in Chicago now so my Ram is in a heated garage and it is on storage insurance because I don't need it. I have been insuring it every few weeks and driving it for an hour but now the roads are covered in salt. Question: It has been sitting for 5 weeks. Best to run it for 20 minutes and maybe change where the tires sitting or just leave it alone until I can really drive it? It certainly will not warm up under those conditions.

You're better off not starting it until you're ready to drive it around. Get the tires up off the ground so they don't flat spot. And make sure the fuel tank is completely full.

Also think about the batteries. Either pull the IOD fuse, install a battery tender or disconnect the batteries to prevent parasitic draining.

I stored mine for 4 years while I was stationed in Italy. I put it up on jackstands which worked really well. If I had to store it again, I'd definitely disconnect the batteries and not install a battery tender. Had bad problems with the batteries just sitting with the tender on it.
I also second filling up the tank. Make sure you put some biokleen in there which will keep the algae out of the fuel.

Where were you at?

I stored a '69 Mustang for a couple of years while I was stationed in Sicily. Put it up on blocks, full tank with fuel stabilizer, etc. When I got back I put it back on teh ground, charged the battery, changed the oil, and drove it to my next duty station. No problems.
