Radiator Source
Radiator Source
Walked out to the truck this afternoon to find a substantial puddle of coolant (running from the front bumper to the rear) underneath. Needless to say, there is no coolant in the overflow tank, nor the radiator. There is no sign of wetness anywhere on the engine or from the water pump. The radiator is wet on the bottom 2” of the cores.
OEM radiator is appx. $500. There are no engine/performance modifications to the vehicle. Does anyone have any aftermarket sources of radiator’s that they have had positive experiences with?

http://www.rockauto.com has what they call a "premium" radiator by Spectra for $213. Looks like it's still got plastic side caps, but it's at least reasonably priced.
While you're in there, it wouldn't be a bad idea to spend an extra $40 and replace the water pump as well.
Good luck,
Adam

Last radiator I purchased was delivered to my doorstep the next day, fit perfectly and is still in service 8 years later. I went to radiator.com for mine and was very happy with the price and delivery.
