2004 Ram diesel radiator fan not working properly. installed a new one and still not working properly. where do I go from here?

 

I assume that you replaced the fan clutch and not just the fan.

As cold as it is the clutch will not engage until the engine temps start to get hot. You can turn the A/C on and the fan should engage at speeds below 25. Make sure the A/C compressor engages.

Don't know how the check if it is not getting the electrical signal needed to engage.

 

In 90k miles and 7yrs of ownership I don't recall my fan ever kicking on and that includes light towing in 105 degree temps.
