Question before warranty expires

Hi guys. Not sure what to do here.I got the 100,000 mile bumper to bumper extended warranty as an incentive when I bought my truck back in '03.Have had no problems with it at all.Still have original lift pump, clutch, ball joints, u joints..everything.I am about to turn over 80,000miles and wonder if there is something I should have checked. We rv fulltime and pull a 5th wheel that weighs around 16,000lbs.So about 75,000 of those miles was traveling, guessing 35,000 actually pulling trailer.I don't want my warranty to expire and find out I need a new "whim wham" that's gonna cost 1500.00 big ones. Thanks for the help. Dave

4wd or 2wd?

Ball joints and U joints. Mine is at 150K with all orginal however. Lift pump was on it's way out when I changed it. And seems alot of people are having this "hard start because of injectors on an '03" problem. OH, AC!!! Yeah, the blend doors (there is a TSB on it) especially the defrost door will break, and only give you dash air. Parts are cheap enough, just labor intensive (have to remove the dash and evacuate the freon). The fin temp sensor also goes bad. All in all, that about sums it up.
