I went to check the air filter the other day, and everything was good, but when I check the filter minder it was pulled almost to the end?? I am running a stock box with the larger 4" factory filter, swiss cheesed the bottom for more flow, and gutted the factory tubes minus the vanes in the bottom elbow. I have heard that the factory set-up is good to roughly 500HP so I am a little confused as to what is causing this since I am figuring I am right around 400hp with my set-up.

 

was the bottom part of your filter wet by chance?

 

Not when I checked it.
