Problem with bucking 06

It looks like I have a slight problem with my 06.
On the open stretch of the road at constant speed (80mph) the truck from time to time will just buck. It feels like for a split of a second it will go into 3rd, or like someone shuts of the fuel and then reopens it. You are accelerating the strong jolt/brake - face on the windshield and it picks up right away like nothing happened. I have no idea what it might be. Does that makes any sense?

can you do the key on/off 3 times back to on and check for any codes on the odometer?

I have checked for the codes with Juice and Predator, both say "No Codes"

try removing 1 mod at a time and see if it goes away. that will help you narrow down posibilities

My truck does the same thing and the dealer can't find the problem. Go figure.... Anyone have any suggestions? This is very annoying and only happens every once and a while. Stock truck and is really noticeable while towing...

Thanks

Mine started that way also, now it does it all the time I've taken it to multiple shops and changed out thousands of dollars worth of stuff over the past few months. I still have not found the problem! Read some of my last threads and you'll see some of the suggestions that other members had they may work for you.

Yup, your Predator is most likely the culprit. Mine did that once but has not done it again.....

I have a stock 04.5 that bucks in cruise control or normal driving. Really driving me nutz and the dealer says no codes are to be found. Oh the great computer age where a tech can only diagnose a problem with the computer. The techs theory is no code no problem. I take him for a drive and he says how can I find the problem if the computer cant

HELP

This seems to be an issue thats not real common but is a real pain in the butt. After driving all day I'm physically sick to my stomach from all the surging.I think I'm going to get some sea sickness pills if I can't figure this one out soon!

The problem comes from too many digital sensor inputs changing at one time. The ECM will momentarily "stutter" before going back to the input protocol.
Simply put, too much stuff happens for the electronic brain to process at one time.
