gmc conversion bucking problem

I have my truck on the road now for two weeks and is the best thing I've ever built.BTW it is a 92 gmc crewcab dually lifted with 37" goodyears and a 97 12 V with a gm nv4500. Truck rides better than my stock suburban, anyway I only got one problem with this engine . at a certain rpm truck bucks in every gear especially when I hit a bump.I called dealer and they told me the recall on throttle lingage was done in 2004. What will i do,the truck gets attention at every intersection and there I am looking like dummy not knowing how to shift.should i get heavier return springs and new lingage ? Any help please!!

Missing one return spring is usually the cause of bucking.
I think you are on the right track about stronger springs.
