Twice now when going out to my truck after it has been started remotely I have gotten in to a very harsh vibrating idle. It is very steady and not skipping, truck takes off and runs fine. After 5-6 miles it calms down and after starting up again it is normal. It has happened twice after sitting in 0 degree weather but it is plugged in(unless the block heater is not working now)

Anyone have similar experience? Or any ideas. Again, truck seems to run fine, does not hesitate, idles steady just very harsh,
