Today my truck was turning hard, like it was in 4x4. When I got home I went to check the fluid, and when I turned the cap, it blew out into my hand. The fluid was fine , put the cap back on , now it steers fine again. Jeff

 

theres a presher releaf valve in the cap (the spring). it might be bad, try replaceing that. although i dont like throwing parts at a problems, its a thought. good luck and let us known.
