my 03 had a manual seat, i found a real nice leather power complete front seat.
any idea who much trouble it is to wire it in?
i would like to have my seat belt still work.

As long as it has all the controls on the side of the seat (which it should), it won't be much problem to wire up. Your seat belts should still work with the new seat.

Oops, i missed 1 word, seat belt light to work

i changed my seat in the 99 and it was a time consuming deal, i had to change the complete wiring harness off the old seat and take the new seat apart and change everything that had wires on it to make it work. they were both power, different years, slightly different harness plugs

the seatbelts work in conjunction with the air bag system and roll over feature in the seat module.
