Can you just disconnect the horn? Then maybe run an external horn? I know many people who have different horns on their truck...Inspection time hook your factory horn back up...Or will disconnecting the horn shut the whole computer down now?

 

Easiest way around it is just don't have it done in the first place. Then you don't have to worry about it.
