Please Help! Transmission...

I have a fully built transmission. I just through two codes this morning all of a sudden when I got in the truck, yesterday, everything was fine.

Codes:
P1745 - Transmission Throttle Valve Actuator Stuck (this is the one Im worried about)

P1740 - TCC O/D SOL performance (have had this one and no problems were showing and it went away, but all of a sudden came back with the other code)

What is happening:

When I take off, its like the tc is hardly engaged. It goes, but won't shift till about 2500 rpm and then the tc slams in after it shifts into second. After that, everything seems fine, as far as I can tell, until I stop. As I come to a complete stop it feels like someone taps me in the rear end of the truck. This is all I have noticed so far.

Fluid is at proper level, and is not burnt. However it is bubbly on the dipstick.
