Hey guys, I have a 07 5.9 mega cab with 56,000 on it. A few months ago i had shift problems and replaced the gov. solenoid and transducer with the aftremarket g.m. to dodge conversion kit and did a full fluid and filter exchange. The truck never shifted better! Last week, I put 3000 miles on her in 6 days and on the trip home noticed that on an uphill climb it seemed like she lost power and would'nt shift. Once I got home and was city driving it became evident that if put the pedal down she did not want to shift down and then back up, especially under load. I'm wondering if i have a bad solenoid-transducer again, or something with the ttva, or a bigger problem. Any help, is greatly appreciated!

Yeah 07 t.r., I'll keep u posted. I think it is the gov. solenoid again because i am now getting different symtoms which require me to bring the rpm's up which is increasing the line pressure and then when i back off the throttle it shifts. I still have the previous noted symtoms and who knows it could be a couple of things going wrong. I shall see.

your bands may be out of adjustment

Hey 1985, sorry i forgot to mention i adjusted the bands when i did the gov. solenoid/transducer and fluids. When i did that service it was my first time so i went slow and made sure everything was to factory spec. Maybe the bands need a re-adjust or maybe the solenoid went out again. That seems unlikely, but i have seen posts on site where they have gone out very frequently. Thanks for the input!
