PCS TCM-2800 Tuning - Any experience?

Hi folks,
I'm looking at swapping out the 48RE in my '07 5.9 4x4 to a 68RFE from a '08+ 6.7 truck. I don't want to hear about the debate on 48 vs. allison vs. 68 strengths and weaknesses, gear ratios, etc. For what I need, the 68 will do just fine, and the gear spread of the 48 is horrible. Has anyone had experience with the Powertrain Control Solutions (PCS) TCM-2800 standalone controller?

From reading their quick start guide it would seem that it should do everything I would need, and I "just" (there's more to it) need to dial in the shift points vs. rpm, connect to correct tach signal, TPS, CanBus for drive indicator, etc. (this is just superficial reading - don't have the factory service manual/wiring diagrams yet, nor a PCS unit in front of me with hopefully a better manual than the quick start guide).

Does anyone have a sample/start calibration file for a TCM-2800? I downloaded their software hoping that I could play around with it and figure out if I want to jump, but there are no base/sample config files included.

I realize I can use TransmissionTuner.com for support and help and he's quite reasonable, but I like figuring stuff out on my own, and would prefer to give it a shot as I'd learn more about it along the way.
