SunCoast TCM-2000?
I was looking in the classifieds and saw the Emjay controller. I had never heard about it, but after seeing what it could do I wish I had the money to buy it. I remembered that SunCoast has a transmission controller, but it doesn't look like it allows you to have preset settings that you can switch on the fly. I went to their Diesel Racing section and they have, what they call, a TCM-2000. It has custom tuning software that you can play with on the computer, and it has custom preset modes (whether or not it can be changed by a switch on the dash I don't know), along with "button shifting/paddle shifting."
Is anyone running this controller yet? It looks like it has similar features to Emjay. But the price for one?.. $875

I was trying to research this same controller for my 3rd Gen.. Looks like they also have a Electronic valve body so that using the TCM-2000 software you can control several parameters in regard to shifting...
Looks like not many have tried this as your thread was the only one found by searching.. I am very curious how well this has worked..
I will keep looking around.

I'm going to revive this thread, just in case someone has some more info on it. Has anyone tried it? Not sure how it compares to the ProLoc, but seems like it would be a lot better. I might have to shoot SunCoast and my trans builder a call.

nothing official but i remember looking at it when i upgraded my trans. i went with all suncoast stuff but added a bd torqlock later, i think the suncoast one can do all the stuff the bd one can do but without the switch, IIRC. Give them a call to be sure though.
