Got this code did some reading and can't figure it out . Voltage to injectors 1,2,3, no voltage to 4,5,6, harness to injectors omed good injectors omed good ether wiring from ECM or the ECM?

 

Sounds like ECM, follow diagnostics may be of some help. You can also disconnect injector one at a time insulate wire connector so they do not short and clear code. Start engine if code doesn't return then replace that injector

 

After two days of ohming wires and tracing. Looks like the ECM took a dump on me.

 

very carefully inspect the wiring harness where it makes short loops, and where it runs close to injector lines / bolts. the wiring is somewhat chintzy and I have seen rubs through the insulation, allowing for a short to ground situation, causing the same code you are experiencing.
don't go nuts on the ecm just yet.

Got another ECM and had it flashed. Installed it and still having the same problem.

 

Turns out injector 5 is shorting out. Moved it to #3 and code followed it from#5 to #3 p2146 code.
