P2149, P2146, Injectors, Repaired and now P0148!

I have had a couple battles with an occasional p2146 or p2149, Friday it did it again and I could not get it going. I took it in and they discovered a bad injector harness (valve cover gasket), they replaced it but broke the stud off the #5 injector and replaced it. Also they replaced #6 injector saying it tested bad. Now after leaving I get a P0148 code and have lost about 3-4 mpg. Any ideas??

Check the connection at the rail pressure sensor, even if it looks good add a little di-electric grease to it and then snap it back into place properly.

I bet they left something loose like the high pressure connector nut.
