I have the P0191 and P0514 codes. I think I had these once before when the truck was still under the 3/36 warranty. There was nothing wrong and the dealer just cleared them. Now, I understand that there's an ECM flash TSB that addresses false checks for these conditions. So, . . .

1) Does the 7/70 or emissions (Federal or Calif) warranty cover reflashing the ECM? I know that if the ECM were to fail completely, it would be covered.

2) If I do nothing, will a certain number of ignition cycles clear these codes and turn off the CEL?

3) What are the C-codes? I can't find anything on deciphering these.
