P0148 gelling?

This morning on my journey to work, my truck (outside -8 F) Started just fine, and idled for about 5 minutes. When I started to drive it, it kind of chugged along to the first intersection about 300 yards from the house, then as I pulled onto the state road and I got into the throttle, I realized I was probably having some gelling and was not going to make it far, the loop back to my house takes me up a decent hill which the truck struggled to climb and the engine light came on. I checked on my juice/CTS and found the p0148 code. Can this code be caused by gelling fuel or is it possible I have more issues? I parked it inside and rode to work with the wife. I just filled up 2 days ago and the tank is still near full. I have added power service (white jug) and hope sitting in the garage will clear things up. Any thoughts? I'm hoping the garage will warm things up and I'll be good to go once the power service works its way through the lines and filter, or is that not realistic. I don’t' have much experience with fuel gelling.

That should be a fuel delivery code so yes it can be caused by fuel being too cold and gelling.
