P 2509 code what is it

Have 06 mega cab threw this code today, looked it up but need someone to tell me what it means in terms i can understand. P2509 CM/PCM Power Input Signal Interm.

06 mega cab, edge J/a, 5" magnaflow, leveling kit, 295/75-17 toyo mt

Batteries are good. Guess i need to get it reflashed. What exactly is the problem?
