P 0191 in an 04

Ok here's the story.
The truck is new to me, I got it in August. It's a 2004 with the HO 5.9, 6speed, 4x4, quad cab, and shortbed. It has 94,000 miles on it. A couple weeks ago I began having trouble cranking it. It started taking more and more time to start. And it wouldn't start if I let the truck sit for a couple days. I tested the batteries and determined one was dead, passenger side battery. So I replaced it. It hasn't been driven in a week or cranked. I go down this morning and it won't turn over more than once. So I get a buddies car and try to jump it off, that doesn't work.
So I check the odometer for codes and get P 0191. I searched this code and it appears to be "Fuel Sensor" problems. The local dodge dealership is closed until Monday. In the search most of the trucks were 04.5 or newer. Also, most of the trucks threw the code while it was running.
My question is, what does this code mean and how do I fix it? I've never worked on diesels engines, so use small words. How much is this going to cost to fix right?
Thanks.

Dont think this is really going to help you but I have had that code a couple of times on my 05.
It has to do with the fuel pressure sensor relay.
THe first time dealer replaced the sensor.
Second time I got it, they reset the code and havent had any probs since.
I know this isnt any help but just letting you know your not alone.

You need to get the battery voltage deal fixed before the code.Low voltage can cause a world of weird stuff.

So the code is unrelated to dead batteries?
Where would I even start to see what is draining the batteries?

I'm charging the batteries right now.

The batteries need to be the exact same capacities, that is balanced.
