A friend of mine has a 2006 mega cab, check engine light and code 0191, I could not find it on the list. Does anyone know what it is, thanks in advance

I found the P0191 code to be "Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Range/Performance". Sorry but I can't tell you how serious it is. My dealer said that if it's flashing (the check engine light), get it in to the dealership ASAP.

what mods are on it? sometimes i get it, for no reason. i just clear it and it is gone for about 6 months.

There is a TSB that has a flash update for the pcm relating to that very code. Fuel rail sense rationality.
