I can't get the double o-ring to work as well as some of you have been able to, so now I just poke a small hole in the filter and it sprays out just fine. Leaves an awesome wet spot wherever I park too.... Kinda like my Harley, it 'marks its territory'

At one the Dodge oil filter was the same as a standard paper media Fleetguard but don't know if they still are.
