Oil coming out of turbo
I would seriously suggest that you stop running your truck. If there is an internal leak, then the engine can be fueled by the oil, and you will have a run away truck- you don't want that to happen.
If it is an external leak only, it could be from improperly fitting oil feed/return lines. If it's leaking from inside, it's a seal.

Remove the drain line, see if oil runs out, of the turbo, be prepared to catch it, check if drain is clogged, blow gently back into the engine, if it isn't plugged then see if u have end play,
