As a salesperson (not in the automotive field), I completely agree. People tend to get lazy with punctuation and grammar when it comes to online use. It is getting worse with the use of Blackberry's, Pocket PC's, and text messaging.
I have read many posts from representatives in the diesel and automotive fields, and almost all are well written and easily understood.

Not everyone types or has the skills to put together good sentences and grammer. I know older folks ( no excuse, but) that have never keyed anything on a typewriter or keyboard. Sometimes I wish my job required no writing at all. I would rather create things than type anyday of the week.
Don't sweat it JohnDeere.
