OEM Lift Pump.....Poof
Last night here in the frozen wilderness (-10º F Heat Wave) the replacement, replacement OEM (Cannister) LP went poof about 25 miles from the barn. O psi on the gauge and surging with anything but a VERY light touch on the pedal. I thought she was waxin' up. Pulled over, it kept running, I dumped a jug of the 'ol 911 in, waited a couple of minutes and took off. With a light touch on the pedal, 60 mph and decent rail pressure. Made it home. Let it idle, unloaded, parked her in the barn. Went out this morning, followed the lift off sequence, started right up. No lift pump, no psi, Raptor on order... She ran on the just the cp3. Sometimes God smiles on you and I'm glad...It was cold outside.

I have a spare in the tool box. But as long as the wheels still went around my analytical mind was at a crossroads, change pump in dark @ -10º + that nice NW arctic wind OR fix pump in warm building. The vote was a landslide for the warm building....
