Odd Sound

I drive an 06 2500 mega cab cummins it has 41k miles on it I have the tst on it at power 3 and torque 1, along with a straight pipe and the silencer ring is removed.

When I drive the truck it runs normally and sounds normal until I get the about 20+ boost and i start to hear a weird sound after the turbo whistles and it kinda sounds kinda like a supercharger but not as high pitched. Sorry that i really can't describe the sound since i havnt heard anything quite like it. The truck runs fine so im not sure if its anything i should be worried about. This is my first diesel and i've been trien to learn as much as i can from reading forums and magazines so any help would be appreciated.

Is it normal for it to be making that sound because it just started to do it recently.

Pressure side of the turbo probably has a leak.
