Numb foot
Numb foot
My foot almost goes numb after about 1hour driving my truck I have checked all usual parts in front end and u joints all tight and good . Truck is lifted running 37in. Bf mud grabbers could this be the vibration from the tires I feel they still have plenty of wear left. Just had a front end aligment in Jan. Tires balanced and rotated.
Honestly, if your foot is going numb, it might be a medical problem. If I'm driving for a hour in stop and go traffic, my foot is going from go pedal to brake. No problem with that. On the highway, I use my cruise control, and give my "go foot" a break. If you think your foot is going numb from front end issues, then why would'nt your other foot go numb, or your hands on the steering wheel, or your backside in the seat? Not trying to be a smart***, but when on longer trips with the cruise control on, sometimes I do a little "happy dance" in the seat, to keep the blood flowing! I just know that pretty soon that I'll be getting some new "shoes" for the truck, as well as a free spin hub kit!
Your problem isn't related to your truck... It's your lumbar positioning, meaning your lower back is out of alignment.
Bench seat or bucket ?
Bench seat that's worn out from "sliding" out the truck is a big prob. Your lower back is then cocked to the left the entire time your driving. this can be exacerbated by a wallet in the right rear pocket.
Need to determine if your truck seat is shot, your wallet it too fat, or you have a lower disc issue.
Been there done that. Wallet has since switched to the other side, and I don't sit on it while driving long distances.
My seat is like new and I don't slide out of it to keep it that way.
Get yourself to a chiro to see if you're the one who's out of wack.
