I have a 03 Dodge 3/4 ton with a Bullydog triple dog with Outlook, AFE stage 2 intake, and removed the muffler. The problem is the i am only showing to have a max of 19 psi of boost. What could the problem be and what should it be?

 

i believe your BDTD does boost fooiling......that is why you are getting low numbers on the Outlook monitor. you will need a regular analog boost gauge to read your actual boost numbers.

 

Do you have a boost elbow or wastegate actuator? If not get one. Also, check your settings on the outlook. It may be defueling too soon.
On another note, the bullydog doesn't perform near as well on a 03-04 as it does on the 04.5 and up (specifically 05).

 

Whats the stock boost on 03-04's. Im also only getting like 14-15 miles on the highway without my foot in it.

 

I got 22-24psi stock
