had transfer case hand grenade, taking out some lines and front driveshaft. had it replaced and now mechanic says park and neutral has throttle response but when in drive or reverse, truck on or off does not allow throttle to be depressed.....any ideas?? a 2004.5 2500qc banks intake and exhaust with a smarty jr on it
