NO Start

Hello everybody
I have a 2007 Dodge 1 ton 6.7 diesel that will not start. We drove to the city to get some supplies and came out of the store and the truck would not start. Checked the batteries they are good. Checked the starter it tested good. When you turn on the key everything will work BUT the lights for PARK, REVERSE, NURTAL, and DRIVE will not come on. The electric pump will not come on. And it will not start!!!!!! I was told that the range selector solenoid can cause this problem. I did replace the range selector solenoid inside transmission did not change anything. I took it to a dealership to hook up to the computer and it could not read the truck. So now I am stuck looking for some HELP and looking for maybe some wiring prints for troubleshooting.
Thanks

No the engine will not turnover. When you turn the key on everything will come on as normal. Except the electric fuel pump will not come on, the lights on the dash lights (P,R,N, D) will not come, and the engine will not turnover. But all the other electric components and bell and whistle’s work (elec. Seats, windows, radio, heat/air blower, etc.) ??????????

Do you have an after market remote starter and have you tried to crank it in the Neutral position?

Yes have cranked it over. Not long enought to start. Didn't know if the ECM is bad that the possible damage it might cause if crank to long.

Not sure if you have the after market remote starter or not, but I would try disconnecting the batteries for a couple of minutes then reconnect. Perhaps the remote starter is holding things up.

If the dealer hooked up the Scantool and it did not read your truck, did they say what they think it could be?
