Well my first small prob. w/ truck, however it still left me stranded.. At the Home Depot around 11:30 this morning, go out to leave,get int he truck and it won't crank. Ignition comes on, batteries show 14 volts, everything working fine but when i went to turn the key just a small click. At first i thought sentry key acting up or gear selector switch bad. truck has 21,000 miles. Checked and all was fine. called DC road side assist. sent wrecker to take me to dealership. Dealer has it for 3 hrs, took care of 2 recalls and problem. Turns out a yellow ground wire to the starter was touching the frame and grounding out preventing the starter motor from working. They replaced and rerouted the wire. Super impressed with Cherokee Dodge and how they handle their Buisness Link Customers.
