No PCM connection

No PCM connection
I have a 2006 that I had to put a new block in. And went to start and security light flashing, all fuses are good grounds are grounded good so I got the db3 laptop out to reprogram the key and it's saying no connection with the PCM it connects to the tippm and abs but not the pcm any ideas on where to start
