All of a sudden this evening I noticed that it was very hard to build boost.

Typically under little throttle the boost PSI will build up to 10-15.....

What can I check?

I drove the truck this morning and the PSI was fine and then tonight it was hard to see 8 PSI (had to really get on the throttle).

I am reading this with a Quad Commander also.

Nope, feels the same to me....

 

Could be your Commander is not reading your actual boost properly then?

if your still making the same power then chances are your still making the same boost but its not reading on the gauge for some reason, go back and check the fitting and hose make sure its not stripped, falling out and the line isnt kinked. id start there that would be the easiest fix
