I have a 2007 5.9 Dodge Cummins 4X4 that was giving a jump to another vehicle while the truck was running. The Jumper cables got reversed, and after a few seconds before realizing the truck shut off. When trying to restart it does nothing, no crank, no solenoid noises. What does make an intermittent noise was the CIT Relay located driver side firewall area. Replaced that, it had no effect. The other symptom was, an over temp light (RED) illuminated on the dash for a period of time, amongst the emergency brake light and airbag lights being illuminated. Air intake Grid heater stuck on, and Air Dog fuel pump (sounded) like to have lower voltage/not enough power as it was quieter than normal. All other accessories in the cab appear to be functioning normal. No codes were present.
Troubleshooted so far:
Tested batteries, they are both fine
Jumped power down to the starter, truck turns over like normal when the key is on.
Tested all fuses in the TIPM/Fuse box, no blown fuses and all have power to them
Swapped out and replaced the ECM/PCM, same exact problems after reinstalling the it.

I am desperate to get it going, it has been down for a couple weeks and need it for work. Thank you in advance everyone!
