NO. 2 cylinder pumping oil

alright i have an 05 5.9 i replaced the turbo on it a couple weeks ago and about a week later i started losing a bunch oil so i pulled the turbo again and saw it dripping from the exhaust manifold. i removed the exhaust manifold and had a buddy crank it over and cylinder number 2 is literally pumping oil out the exhaust. anyone have any ideas what could be wrong with it. im trying to decide if its really worth rebuilding or just getting a new engine.
